"Worst Customer Service Ever!!! Store was practically empty and they have you waiting outside in the cold with 4 customers inside. They don’t advise you that there is no refunds after purchase. So you can’t get your money back, it’s ridiculous! Never going back. If I could rate it 0 stars I would."

"If I could give this store a zero by all means I would and that would be still too good for them!! It’s holiday season and my daughter and I walked in looking for a few gifts, we couldn’t find what we had seen online and not once in the 15 minutes we were in there were we greeted or asked if we needed help! I think us walking around the store would have been more than enough reason for the employees who clearly have absolutely no customer service ethics. Being from out of town and shopped at other Boss stores this one by far is the only one who’s employees are useless and desperately need training especially it being a high end brand. There was another women in there whom two of the employees were helping and not once did they come up to us and ask if we needed anything. I refused to buy here and opted to ordering online even if the merchandise will arrive after Xmas."
