"I liked it today because there was not a wait or l9ng l8ne at the pharmacy,but,yesterday I went to pick up my daughter's prescriptions,and even though the doctor called them all in at the same time,we had to wait over 30 minutes because 2 of them were not ready.and my daughter had just left the hospital and she was wearing oxygen in the store. That was a hard trip for her."
"I set there today for 45 minutes waiting on my prescription. I got to ask about it. Something was going on with the insurance. Instead of calling me up there and tell me about it they wanted me to wait another 20 minutes. When you're not feeling good sitting around waiting on your prescription is not something you want to do."
"Literally the worse pharmacy in Amarillo. Rude customer service and they love to blame the doctors for everything. Just do your job."
"Revising my review. I thought they had fixed the problems that I originally had with this pharmacy but I guess not. While I was out of town received notice that I had a prescription ready so I had my wife go by and pick it up. When I got home found out they had it wrong (30 days instead of 90 days) and since my last refill they have almost tripled the price. Would not take it back even though it was a factory sealed container. Transferring all my prescriptions across the street."
"I experienced great service from Giselle!! Even though she had a long line of customers waiting to check out, she put her best face and gave us all good service! However, nobody was helping her out after she called overhead, the store manager was around and aware of what was going on but didn’t gave her a hand to help."
