"I purchased tires a couple years back and had a slow leak on one tire. I waited in the free air check line and told the rep that I had a slow leak. He asked me to find a slot in the parking lot and wait for an opening. After 30 minutes I pulled into an empty bay. I was then told to park again, and go inside and talk to someone at the counter. A great waste of one hour of my time."

"Had an appointment at 3pm, showed up at 2:30 for 2 grand worth of Nitto tires. Truck didn't get pulled in until 5pm, had to stay after closing to get my tires done. Basically forgotten. If you have to use discount, pick a different location. Manager couldn't even own up to their mistake. Just kept saying the salesman miss communicated. Very unprofessional."

"WOW!! I've only used Discount Tires for the last 10 years or so. This location must have had the NASCAR pit crew working. Got a new set of 4 tires on my Jeep in less than 30 minutes! It's usually an hour to hour and a half wait. Great job guys!"
