"My husband and I were recently in Amarillo and were eating next door when I noticed Al’s Formal Wear. We are fairly social but just haven’t bought my husband a tuxedo yet as we always rent one. We have an upcoming event early part of 2024 and wanted to see what Al’s had to offer. Well let me tell you, we were greeted with open arms and made to feel so welcome. The associate that greeted us was very happy to help us and give us suggestions and so many choices. She obviously knew her stuff!!! We appreciated her time and told her we would see her again. Let me just say, Dee, you rock!"
"I went in stressed over my upcoming wedding but thankfully Dee and Aaron made the entire process go smooth! They answered all my questions and made it feel like I was just having a normal conversation with friends. I highly recommend them."
"I am very disappointed in the service my son received. He could of gone to any formal wear store he wanted but because I told him to go there he did just that. He asked for help and they told him they didn't have anything for him and that if they did it would be too expensive for him. His girlfriend tried asking questions and ask about options, they showed know interest in answering her questions. This upsets me so very much and I will never refer anyone to this store again. My son works very hard for what he has and he has plenty of money to spend. Who ever the owner is should really be careful who they have working for them. This happened on Saturday May 13th in the afternoon."
"Aaron was great! He did a great job helping my son with his first tuxedo rental and making him feel comfortable. We were able to get his tux picked out, fitted, and then picked up two weeks before prom. Kid looked fantastic."
"Aaron took care of my son at the last minute. He had other patrons in his store, but was checking on all of us at the same time. He not only made sure we were all acknowledged, but made us feel welcome and comfortable. I will always go back to Al’s Formal Wear for the personal service, the attention to detail in my son’s tuxedo for prom and concert band, but also for the quality of person Aaron is. I will always recommend to anyone to go see him."
