"I don't normally use this pharmacy but I was out of a prescription and the pharmacy I use had a back order on the meds I use. Do to my poor planning I was out and on my way out of town. Taylor in the pharmacy was very helpful and got my Rx transferred and filled In under 30 minutes. Thanks to her we made our flight and with my meds. Thank you Taylor!"

"I almost hate to leave this review. Because I love the pharmacy at this location. I’m saying this because I have been through so many pharmacies since most of the local pharmacies are gone. Even the local one that I found they were nice but offered poor service. Not here though. I just don’t want to brag them up too much and make them busier than they are. The pharmacy crew has treated me so well. And this is definitely the fastest. They work under such pressure but are always more than kind to me. I have been using this pharmacy for a couple of years now and couldn’t be more pleased! Well unless I could turn the clock back about 25 years and go to the local pharmacy that was driven out of business. Thanks so much Walgreens pharmacy at Bell and Hillside!"

"On today's date, I visited Walgreens store #05613 located by Hillside Road. Unfortunately, my experience with the cashier, identified by ID #203, was extremely unpleasant and embarrassing. Despite the store's promotion of buy 1 get 1 half off for Walgreens wellness products, the young tall man assisting me refused to acknowledge it, embarrassing me in front of other customers. I attempted to explain the promotion, as clearly stated on the store poster, but the cashier's behavior was disrespectful and made me feel like a lesser person. This encounter was so distressing that I've decided never to return to this particular Walgreens location. Instead, I reordered my items at the Bell St store, where the staff was notably more helpful and considerate. I hope this feedback reaches the management, and the necessary steps are taken to educate and train the staff at store #05613. No customer should have to endure such treatment, and it's my sincere hope that improvements are made to prevent others from experiencing a similar ordeal."

"Not only is the pharmacy a huge issue here, so is the manager, Adrian. I was not impressed by his lack of leadership. Whatever you do don’t work here unless you want to be treated like garbage."
