"Set an appointment with service to diagnose the AC in my truck. I show up and they tell me they’ll need my truck for 3 days and that the appointment was just to check me in and talk with them…never heard such a thing so ridiculous. Been to plenty of Chevrolet dealerships for maintenance and this one seems like they need to get their ducks in a row."
