"This has been the most terrible experience I've ever had with Arrons. Austin stores never had incompetent managers like this store in Bastrop! I paid my TV off and to this day still have the Loaner that was given to me back in August 2023. Plus Kevin the so called management has been so unorganized person I've ever met for being a manager. How did he get that job. The manager above him was supposed to call me cause my old TV was not fixable and I'm suppose to get a new one. I'm getting the run around people. Don't shop here they are not caring people nor responsible. They took my money and with this TV being a loner. It will probably go out soon. Mine was new and it went out way before the time. I paid in full in December of 2023 was my last payment and Kevin said it wouldn't be taken our of my bank account and it was. I'm so upset I call them weekly and they're ignoring me. I will be going in person to the store soon and demand to get something DONE. PLEASE BOYCOTT THEM THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT PEOPLES FEELINGS OR MONEY! THEY JUST WANT TO MAKE MONEY. And they're doing this to a disabled person which is me and has just been diagnosed with cancer in December. I shouldn't have to be dealing with a mess like this. I kept my word my responsibility and paid my TV off. But yet they have not kept they're side of the deal or contract. Sorry for long review but this is so upsetting that they did this to a woman and disabled. But I'm not completely helpless, I will be going to store in PERSON!"

"This place has been nothing but trouble. They can't seem to be organized on when to pick up their merchandise or the people you talk to guarantee when they will do something and then you see no results. I will never be going through them again. This should of been a 0 star rating."

"I'm a little disappointed in this location. My husband and I purchased a washer/dryer set recently. We were told to do the autopay route but if we chose to not do it anymore we can give them a call and they'll take it off. Well my husband called yesterday to remove it and said they can't help him. Then today I called (I've paid the first payment, with no issues with MY own debit account) the man said he can't speak with me due to me not being on the account... So basically y'all have no problem with me PAYING for this washer and dryer but when I request to have MY personal bank card taken off the auto pay, y'all can't speak with me? Ridiculous. I really liked this place but unfortunately I'm regretting our decision to rent from here. I feel like we were lied to from the beginning."

"Been dealing with Aaron's for over 10 years now. Wouldn't go anywhere else the uncovers service workers are great. And if u have any problems the manager Jesse is right there to make sure it gets worked out. Best place to shop for furniture in Bastrop. Thanks guys"

"I tried to get my computer paid off early morning, got told I would get a call back to get it all done. No call back, had to do my own calling and was told "oh the lady just walked out on a smoke break"..like excuse me? What do you do? I've been waiting all day because of you guys and you tell me basically I have to keep waiting because you're on a break, so I wait for a phone call...nothing. I call AGAIN 5 -10 mins before they close and it rings and rings and rings until the time of them closing. I'm this close to applying there and getting this place shut down, because that's ridiculous. I can do yalls job better than yall."
