Bamboo Palace Restaurant

"This was one of the better Chinese buffets that I had the pleasure of eating at. The food was fresh. The bathrooms were clean. And the servers went out of there way to be as helpful as possible. Prices were fair but leaning more on the cheap side. I will definitely be back with guests. Keep up the good work guys!!!!!"

"Was not disappointed with the food selections. The restaurant itself was clean, and with plenty of seating. The service was also good the lady helping us ge our drinks never missed. I left the establishment weighting a few extra pounds but totally worth it."

"This used to be my favorite buffet. We hadn’t been since COVID. The food was ok this time. I bit into a Rangoon and there was a huge piece of PLASTIC in it. The manager Chen kept brushing it off as “preservative film” that you wrap the food in before it’s cooked and saying it was ok (not sure why that mattered). I told him no that’s a thick piece of plastic and regardless, “I’m a nurse. I shouldn’t be eating whatever it is and if my children were here they could have choked on it”. He kept saying it was ok and that the staff left it on there and he will tell them. He also said he couldn’t comp myself and my husband’s meal. I felt sick later that night. Had to take pepto. It’s no telling what the wrapping had touched or been exposed to in the fridge or kitchen. Plastic is full of chemicals and shouldn’t be consumed and this was a huge choking hazard."

"We came right at open so I could really check out the location. The seating is so spacious here with a private party area. It's well lit, beautifully decorated with high ceilings. I checked out the bathrooms first and found they were pretty clean. The ceiling fan is very noisy and the whole restroom could use a dusting, but I've been in far worse restaurant restrooms. There are really only three hot tables with a sushi bar, a dessert bar, and a cold bar as well. There may be a hibachi in the evening, I am unsure. They have a space for it, but this morning it was stacked with supplies. The food was fresh, and it was clean. The tables for the booths are low, or the benches are high and they are difficult for a low mobility person. (me) to get In and out of. The tables and chairs also look low. I am six foot even, so shorter folks should be fine. It is mobility accessable, and overall we had a good experience. The staff is incredibly attentive and polite. Very on top of everything. We will be back, thank you for having us Bamboo Palace."
