"Really didn't want to choose a star but it is the only way you can leave a review. Went to the Cedar Hill, Texas location today to get lunch, the person on the speaker was very loud and you couldn't understand him. Told him I had a coupon for two homestyle ranch chicken club sandwiches (2-$14), he kept repeating it and made me repeat it then he wanted a code on the coupon I gave it to him and then he started yelling random numbers to me then a lady got on the speaker and started yelling I said nevermind and backed out of the drive thru and left never again will I go to this location."
"Time to retrain your staff. The service was average but the food was horrible and my order was not correct. I asked for bacon on my burger didn’t get that but I definitely paid for it. My fries were half regular half curly, certainly didn’t ask for that. The lettuce on my burger was wilted. A little advice don’t serve people bad food that’s a lawsuit. I’d rather you tell me it’s unavailable."
"The best Jack in the Box ever! I have had Jack in the Box in many, many different states and this is by far the best. The tacos were golden brown. The fries so hot you couldn't eat them yet. The sourdough bread had a golden toast. Hot, fresh and perfect food!"
"We were impressed with the service when we came in at 5:30 PM on a Saturday. Brittany, the manager, was very friendly to us, and got our order down just right. Try the teriyaki sauce with your chicken nuggets!"
