"So I wanted to give myself some time to think before I wrote my honest review. I feel that this company failed my teenage daughter. It was her first job at 16 and honestly she loved it. I can say that she was sad of the outcome. I will be professional and honest with this review. Marlena and Shareena should be ashamed of themselves. To bully and to make smart comments behind my daughter's back and also have the audacity to speak about her parents as well to other coworkers. I'm sorry but how unprofessional can the both of you be. I really do hope the best for anyone's teenager. No one deserves this especially my daughter. I can say that my husband and I tried reaching out to HR but wasn't successful. I hope you both are held accountable some day because the last day my daughter came to work you pulled a fast one and made her feel horrible and uncomfortable. So with this being said please treat everyone the same and don't be a bully."

"This company is A horrible place to work for. The management team that works there is so unprofessional they treat the employees very bad. If you are a young, teenager looking for a job for the First time , this is not the place for you to work. The management team that works in that particular location will treat you like you don't matter. The management team likes to bully there Employees. It is bad Enough that kids have to get bullied at school . But when adults do it. And they are management shame on them. Me personally, I have worked retail for twenty five years And I have never treated my employees like that. So I am turning it over to god to deal with the people . That made my daughter feel like she doesn't matter."

"No store credit if returning items outside 30 day window. WHAT retailer doesn’t do store credit?! This one apparently. And I’m only one week out. I am just flabbergasted. I haven’t shopped here in years then thought I’d give it a try. My fault for not reading the fine print and assuming all retailers offered this option but definitely looks poorly on a business to not offer it, hence only giving 2 stars. Also, the associate when I checked out the first time had no customer service, was very direct, and never smiled. Not a good look. I will not be back."

"This is a pretty good Old Navy. The employees were helpful and helped me during my visit. The selection is pretty good although (as a picky male) couldn’t find the right shorts for me. Probably an age thing since they cater to the younger crowd. Still have a good selection though. The only thing is that the wait to check out was kinda long. Lots of people shopping on a Sunday. I also ordered things online and didn’t have any issues returning them. They refunded my card with no issues. Overall A++"
