"In response to your reply… Please note that T-shirt has not been washed and was already very small when he tried it on. My boyfriend wears a medium. NEVER EVER had a T-shirt fit so small. I trusted that a medium is a standard medium - not a super slim fit medium. Really disappointed by the lack of empathy. I will try again just not with you guys. Original post: Note that T-shirt runs small. Just had my T-Shirt custom made for my boyfriend as a surprise for Valentine’s Day. Wished they had told me that shirt ran small. I clearly noted that it was for a male medium and now it DOES NOT FIT and they want to charge me the full price to have another one made! Wished they would have come to some sort of a compromise but since they won’t, I will take my business elsewhere."
