"I’ve been taking my vehicle for regular maintenance for the last 3 years and unfortunately they’ve lost my business. They recommended new front brakes as “urgent” when another mechanic said the brakes have at least 20k miles left. Also the engine filter they recommended wasn’t necessary. They quoted $800 of work on things not needed. Don’t be fouled by their videos, sadly the lack of integrity has me going elsewhere for repairs."

"Overall I like this service dept. However my last appointment left me feeling like they were trying to pull something on me. During my service I purchased wiper blades. I had a coupon which the service advisor said they would accept. When I got my invoice not only had the coupon had not been applied but I saw a labor charge as well. They were not installed per my request. It was corrected with no problem, but it leaves me thinking they were trying to pull a fast one on me. Had I not noticed, it would have cost me 30 or so dollars extra. Either they were trying to get extra money from me or their attention to detail needs some work."
