It all started from my phone call I was treated very much as a customer standing before them and my questions were addressed, and my battery need was met. When I got to the location the environment was very welcoming. The staff were busy with customers but immediately acknowledge that I was there and let me know they would be with me shortly. The service was outstanding, it's amazing how so many of their staff is above and beyond and yes Luis is a customer service ROCK STAR. He really does well for his customer's and really dedicated to his work/craft. The prices are amazing and I definitely recommend doing business with Texas Discount Battery. By far the Best service and prices hands down...with free battery removal and installation Awesome!!"
