"Large assortment of modern, lightly used and practically new women’s and men’s clothing. They are very picky about what they take for resale. Great prices!"

"This is the second Plato‘s closet I’ve gone to, and both were the same. I brought brand new items with tags on them, never worn. Expensive clothes from Nordstrom‘s, Macys , items still fresh and packages and offered me Four dollars for a pair of tights. You guys should also have a text what’s your offering because I asked the girl can you let me know what you’re offering me over the phone because I’m literally downtown right now so I wanna know if it’s worth my time driving all the way back from downtown all the way to Katy and I was offered four dollars For tights bought off Groupon that’s a damn shame . ❌❌❌❌ next time, I’m just gonna give my nice clothes to the homeless"

"DO NOT SELL HERE. I had a similar experience as another review below where I brought in 2 big bins full of clothes that were listed on the white board and they didn’t go through any of my things. I could tell because they were done in minutes and everything they didn’t take (which was 30 items - they only took 2) was put in the bins the exact way that I left them. I even brought in two of the exact same pair of jeans and they only took one of them. Rude little high schoolers. Save yourself the headache and just donate to good will!"

"Kai Sabino was freaking amazing. Honey I went in and grabbed all the jeans because I thought they were all $2.00! And they weren’t! But I did go back and find 20+ pair for 2.00!! She was so helpful, kind, I offered to help out them back and she declined. We were there for like 2 hours lol! But she’s a very sweet lady! Appreciate her services! I only shopped here not tried to resell!! I had a great experience!! Ladies were friendly! Found a lot of good stuff. But for the reviews I’ve read it’s basically about resell. U can’t get mad if they don’t accept your stuff. Demographics are everything. The area is a thriving area of young adults. Just try another location or donate it. Suggestions for business owners: GET BAGS, get baskets, & black tag clearance stuff save staff time when checking out. Use not a yellow tag but something more heavy duty so your clearance items can already be marked down in the system. Just easier, more efficient shopping experience. Thanks for the low prices. I’ll definitely be bringing my teenager back."

"I have been to many thrift stores, so I will say they had a lot of options for men and women. It would have been nice to find something for my son, but my main purpose was to find some simple spring/summery dresses which I found. The young lady who checked me out was very sweet and friendly. I read a few negative reviews about businesses buying clothing, but I actually get more joy out of donating or giving gently used clothes away to charity. I tried selling clothes for cash about 20 years ago, and I prefer to shop. The ladies who helped me were professional and friendly. Plus, I found what I came to look for."
