"I ordered a double cheeseburger and it only came with one beef patty. I had to turn around and go back to the store and walk inside to ask for a double cheeseburger with two patties on it Edit- four years later I realize this is why I don’t eat at jack in the box. My wife was just asking me that last week and I didn’t remember. Thats amazing that one moderately bad experience can turn a customer away for life. I probably had a few others I can’t remember who knows."
"Zach was working the drive thru and was so friendly and awesome! Thought of sauces, napkins, everything without even asking! And made my kids feel special by saying hi back to them [most places ignore their little waves] food was fresh and hot! Their new chicken wraps are delicious!"
"The employee working the window on 10/2/2023 at 3:30 has zero people skills. We drive up to order, wait a few minutes, first thing out his mouth is “ORDER” lol what the heck just a dirty personably or lack of personality. Next we get are food, “HERE” and that was it."
"Was trying to go inside one day because the lobby has been open lately. Well one of their employees was having a good time with her friends with the lobby door locked with a DOG LAID OUT IN THE LOBBY! Do they not have any management at night???"
