"I had high hopes for this place, but it left me hanging. I got the El Jefe with a side of Mac and cheese. The mac was a brick and didn’t have a lot of flavor. The sandwich, I was missing the smoke flavor from the pork. The bbq sauce was is great, but I need more from the meat. Good place if you are hungry and it’s right there. Don’t make this a destination, there are better places."
"Nice place, especially if you are a big fan of hip hop music. I'm not but it is kind of fun to see all the gangster themes around the building Not my favorite place in terms of food, but I didn't realize until afterwards that I should have ordered the nachos. I wasn't too impressed with any of the dishes I had. I found the brisket and pulled pork pretty bland. The Mac and cheese tasted a bit off to me, I can't put my finger on it but I didn't care for it. Not a bad place, just not my favorite."
"Great service and delicious taste just as the very first day they opened. Those chicken nachos are the Bombdiggitty. Save some room for their delicious banana pudding. “tastes so good, make you wanna slap yo' mama!”"
"Pleasantly surprised!! St. Louie ribs were falling off the bone and taste smoke amazing! Vibe, music and staff are cool and very inviting. Good job. Definitely going back. Almost forgot, the Gouda Mac and cheese, OMG. BBQ salad with the brisket was awesome too."
