"I drove 30 minutes for an 8am appointment, and the person at the register was rude to me stating that I did not have an appointment for that day. I insisted that I was scheduled for that morning, and then she looked it up and I was correct. At that point she said that the hitch person was not there that day and said to come back another day. All I got was a "sorry for the inconvenience." I appreciate the apology but that does not make up for not keeping to your word to be present for the appointment."
