"One of my go to places for easy lunch at great prices. Biggie Bag option are all good and key fob for junior frosty is just icing on the cake"

"Fast service, food was good, yet it is still surprising to pay over $11 for a single cheese burger comb. To be fair, it's not just this fast food place. It seems not to long ago everyone charged $3.99 for the combo."

"I’ve been going to this Wendy’s for years and never had an issue. My order was wrong, both burgers and a drink. I was treated disrespectfully by the staff member working the drive thru. So much so that I had to get out of my car and go inside because I wanted a refund rather than them fixing my order. There was no way I was going to allow my daughter of myself to eat food that was likely spit on by the drive thru staff member or the manager. When I went inside, I was completely ignored except for the sweet ladies who were preparing the good. The manager was rude to those ladies because they didn’t get the order correct. She threw my stuff in the trash and then eventually gave me my money back. She would not allow me to get a receipt since I was getting a cash refund. I have never heard of that policy. Anywhere. I did get angry at both of the staff members and wish it wouldn’t have come to that. I told several customers who were about to order not to ever eat there again. That is my plan and to the sweet ladies making my food today, as I stated earlier, it was not my intention to get anyone in trouble. I didn’t realize there’s an issue with getting what I paid for, asking it to be fixed without getting major attitude in return, or getting my money back along with a receipt."

"I stopped and went to get something to eat. I am 73 yr old disabled woman with a walker. I hadn't been to Wendy's in years. Anyway the person which was the Manager was so cold , unfriendly , not a happy person. I hadn't ordered anything in years so I needed help . Ask for water. She acted like she mad. I didn't know how to my water. I ask for help with the machine. Boy she didn't like that. I had a walker a purse and my sandwich struggling with everything. I ask where's a lid. She pointed to it across the room. Geez I was barely walking ... I came in bc I had to go bathroom and order. The store was empty. No customers there so she could of be polite and helped with a smile. You need to talk to her. To be friendly and help disabled people. She will get old one day and need help. I could hardly make it to the car.. burger was good."

"I went through the drive through for breakfast. I asked for an orange juice and was then informed they didn't have orange juice. (Simply orange was on the menu) I ordered my sandwich combo and asked for a coffee. I was given two sizing options- medium and large. The sign said a combo was $7.19. I ordered the smaller option, medium. When I got to the window, the total was a few pennies shy of $10! I know, that's not a lot of money, but $3 in tax sounded off. I was then informed that he price on the sign was for SMALL. I mentioned I was only given the option of medium and large. Then I was told that "the boss said we don't have small. We not gonna wait for the sign." Very deceptive, but I was hungry. I paid and began to drive away. I opened my sandwich and was surprised at how anemic it was. Very small, two very greasy shards of bacon. Basically, I paid for potatoes. No thanks. I promptly went back in to express that I was dissatisfied and ask for a refund. Now, I have seen the videos of entitled people and I can assure you, that was not me. I said I was not satisfied and I didn't want to pay $10 for the meal. It was not worth it to me. The person who I presume was the manager immediately started yelling at me and telling me I should have said something at the window when she told me there was no small. She really wanted very badly to talk over me and yell and point out that the food was hot and fresh. I was not there to debate that the food was hot and fresh. I admitted it was hot. (fresh is debatable) She then asked me again "Then what's the problem?!" I told her 1) You are advertising you have orange juice when you don't. 2) You are falsely advertising a price which is not even an option. 3) I am citing customer dissatisfaction and asking for a refund and you are standing here yelling at me. She relented and ordered another staff member to refund my money. I will not be returning to this place. It is not surprising that there is never ANYONE patronizing the place. Can't wait to watch you fail."
