"Dodge 3500 4x4 was in their shop to have computer replaced. They had the truck over 4 months. I would call them and they would say they couldn't get the part. Finally I kept calling and finally they said the truck was ready went to pick it up 3300 later the truck hasn't ran right since. I was in the hospital and wasn't able to take it back. It hasn't been running since I picked it up and now is locked in 4th gear. Never had a problem with it shifting before."

"I was referred to by a neighbor who used you for over 20 yrs. So I felt I would be in good hands. However, now I feel I was taken advantage of!!! I went in for a noise on my front driver side and was told the lower control arm needed to be replaced. I paid over $1,100 for the repair and my car makes the EXACT same noise! Now want to charge me basically another $1,000 to fix the same noise. And only offered an hour of labor deduction on new repair. It’s just not right to play the guessing game with people finances. Everyone is having a hard time and honesty should not be included in that stress . THUMBS DOWN will not be referring to all the people I know that was excited to know felt I found us a repair shop to TRUST!"
