"Julian, Thomas and Bryce welcomed my son and I into the store to wait due to the storm and rain. They even came around and asked if we were ok. There customer service is and was amazing. I love that they didn’t think twice and treated us like they knew us. Thank you young men for being so amazing and loving what you do. Very polite and customer service is great."
"Hurley outlets in cypress: rude workers, We were buying some clothes and put our sealed cup on the floor so we didn't get anything dirty or spill just incase as we didn’t want to ruin anything, all we wanted to do was grab the product safety so we can pay and the girl told us we were getting her floor dirty by putting a clean cup on it to keep it out of the way. We didn’t put it on furniture or clothes, legit just the floor! She was unbelievably rude, offered no help at all and now this store has absolutely lost our purchases. We put everything back and moved on to spend our money elsewhere."
"The clothes are good, the prices are great, the two girls working on the day I came here we're absolutely brutal. Super rude, very condescending in a strange way where they just had no patience, seemed super annoyed anyone was in the store. Weird and mostly unpleasant experience."
