"I called this place TWICE to ask a question. The same guy answers the phone over a 3 hour gap between first call I made and each time he said he would call me back. He never did! So needless to say we won't be wasting time with this business! Probably neither should you! Now they reply to this review with an OUT RIGHT LIE! By saying I kept calling after they explained they could not buy a cat without my id. Well you thought I was a customer you had talked to last week but I WASN'T when you told me that and I would have called you back even ONCE if that was told to me like you ALLEGEDLY did with another customer."
"Been selling to them for years, all seemed well, until I found out how bad they were taking advantage of me. They do not offer price lists, the reason for this, is that they pay everyone different prices. If they like you, you can get up to $50 per unit sold vs. if they don't like you. It took me 4 years to find this out. Don't make the same mistake as me, there are plenty of other core buyers in town who are very fair. Pgm, Excel cores, etc."
"The worse customer service ever. Their products are standard seal products. The a***oles at the service sales are just that. A bunch of jerkoffs that don't care for their customers. This place sucks and you will wall away pissed off."
