"I appreciate the customer service and the willingness to speak Spanish or English. Their understanding of the customer's concerns are always at the top of their list of priorities. The only negative thing I have to say is that when they checked my cabin air filter, my glove compartment was rummaged through and tossed onto the seat and floor of my car, including my prescription glasses. It would be nice to have my valuables put back where they were originally. Not discarded like trash. Overall, nice people and good service. Just needs a better attention to detail."
