"Very expensive for sale prices but nice. Would have spent more, but so hot inside the store I was sweating and could barely breathe. Not the same place I remember since last there in 1997. Back then there was barely room to walk, so full of items. Still have a room divider from back then my daughter bought on her birthday. This time she drove 4 hours and I drove 2 hours for my birthday. Seemed so hot inside, we couldn't stop sweating. The entire mall that way. But employees great and checkout fast. Got multiple shoes, handbags, and sunglasses to fit over my eyeglasses for the long ride home. Overall except for heat which ran us out of the store, was a very nice experience."
"This store is a disgrace. They do not care about the washrooms at all or the appearance of the store. Stores in poorer cities and states look better. The "welcome" mats are worn out. Mats in Canada after winter look better than these. Bathrooms still have the same dirt and stains they did when I came in 2011 to visit. Who runs this store? Homeless people with no care for aesthetics? Locks in the bathroom have been broken for years as well. Embarrassed for y'all. Gas station restrooms look better."
"Good to see this store is still here during the Pandemic some of the other stores have closed like Neiman's they still have the sign up but it's not there. You always get designer clothing and accessories here at a good price. Love it!"
