"I realized that my car's oil level was below the minimum required. So, I stopped in and received help from Michael tonight. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what my BMW needed. Since I don't have any knowledge of cars, Michael went out of his way to put the required oil in my vehicle. I truly appreciate his help and would like to write a review to express my gratitude. "I went to AutoZone yesterday (12/29 sometime after 1:15pm) and I believe the guy who assisted name was Ethan(?), I think. Anyway, he was very helpful and provided exceptional customer service to me without complaint, and he took his time and gave me and my vehicle his undivided attention even though he was working alone because I think 2 other guys had just clocked out for the day and were leaving. He was able to help diagnose my SUV’s battery and determine that my battery was good, but that my alternator was bad. He provided some options for me to consider replacement and recommendations for possible mechanics to choose from to install if I decided to purchase the alternator. Although I didn’t purchase the alternator, I left with some options to consider thanks to Ethan(?)."

I needed my battery checked and coolant level checked. He did exactly that with such a Great attitude.
