"I had 10 minutes before 9pm before they closed I needed something real quick , I'd of been in and out but manager said it was too late but that they close at 9. No you close at 8:49pm apparently Never going to O riellys again . AUTO ZONE ALL DAY."

"Horrible customer service by Christopher. The way he treats female customers is un acceptable. His verification process of veterans needs help. I moved from an address I have used on file since I was 16. It my mothers acct, old house number is linked so easy for all parts to be found. Mr chris proceeded to argue over a military discount with me while I'm holding my military ID. The store manager and regional manager needs to be aware of his actions and attitude before someone takes things out of hand."

"I was being served by Alfred. I asked him if he had a part number that another O'Reilly's wrote down for me. He spoke all over me and asked for the year and make of my vehicle. I told him. He asked me is that you parked in the handicap parking? I said yes. He told me I needed to move my vehicle. I told him where I'm parked has nothing to do with him doing his job plus I have a sticker. He walked away and started helping someone else. I spoke to Juan who supposed to be a manager. He said he wrong for saying that but he didn't know what he was supposed to do about it. I will be making a formal complaint."
