"I needed to get a new battery and showed up 15 mins before 6:30p and was told they close at 6:30p when I thought it was 7p but thank you to the gentlemen’s who were still there and got the new battery on. Y’all are definitely a life saver. Friendly staff. I recommend calling to make sure they have the battery for your vehicle first before showing up and yes you do need a membership."

"By far they have good prices unfortunately that’s the only thing that’s good, staff is unprofessional wouldn't install the tires when I got there at 5:30 said they had another car ahead of mine and that after that they wouldn’t be doing any more installations even though online and in store signage shows tire department closes at 7:00. Is it unreasonable to expect 2 vehicles to get done within 1 1/2 hrs? I guess since one of the guys does have a hard time moving it probably does take 1hr 1/2 per vehicle"

"Got to Sam's did my shopping got on my car light turns on to check tires sure enough got out of car to check, one of the back tires was flat drove around to the tire shop they couldn't fix my flat due to the position where the damage was at on the side of the tire so they gave me a real good deal and I ended up buying all 4 tires which I was in due for new tires anyways they offer road hazard and the tires came with a 4 year guarantee the employees are very nice and polite I definitely recommend Sam's tire shop"
