"I felt like I was racially profiled. I went to the cashier upfront to check if they had a jacket in a smaller size. She said they did not which was okay, I was going to settle with the size I found. When I told her I can just take the jacket. She withheld it from me and said she can hold it until I’m ready to buy.seems innocent but I been working in retail for over 10 years and we were taught to say that to customers who we believed were going to steal. Why was only my item asked to be held till ready to purchase? I was shopping like everyone else. I felt uncomfortable."
