"Worst Customer service I have ever witnessed or experienced. (This is only about the parts store on the side of the dealership, I have not used any of the car-sales parts of the dealership and don't want their reputation to be damaged because of the attached parts-store.) I tried calling 3 separate times and heard a quick shout and then was put on hold with no time to explain who I was or what I needed. I was then left on hold for half an hour or more with no answer until I hung up. This quick shout was explained once I got to the part store in person and saw the 3 gentleman behind the counter picking up the phone, and as quickly as they could saying, "Thank you for calling Chevy Parts please hold" and then without listening to a single word being said by the person on the phone forcing the caller to a holding line. The whole process took about 1 second and the employee behind the counter went back to nonchalantly browsing the computer for the part he was looking for before the phone began to ring. When the employees did actually finish what they were doing they were very short and rude to everyone in line and cut off customers trying to explain what parts they were looking for. One older man came into the parts store from the dealership side and after waiting for about 10 minutes asked about a battery and was rudely cut off by the employee and told he had to go back to the dealership side to have that problem fixed. When the customer tried to explain that he had been sent over by the dealership side he was again cut off by the employee and was told to go back to the dealership side he just came from. The older man was so frustrated by this he said, "Just shoot me!" as he stormed out of the door and headed back to the dealership side to which the employee replied, "Hey I've got a concealed carry right here!" which he stood up aggressively and shouted at the customer who was walking out of the door. Once I finally got to the front of the line after about 30 minutes of witnessing all this and waiting for my turn I was told to buy a certain bolt that my vehicle was missing. The employee taking payments was polite and seemed to be trying to ignore her terrible coworkers. The only problem was that this bolt was the wrong piece and I had to come back to this terrible place again to return it and get the correct bolt. I ended up calling Chevy's website and getting a diagram in which I found out for myself what bolt was actually needed and then went back to get the parts exchanged. My car is working fine now, but I am never coming back to this place again if I can help it."
