"this was my first time ever getting my car serviced at a dealership, and i was very pleasantly surprised. it was a very smooth and short process to get my lock actuators replaced, paired with excellent customer service. each employee that i spoke with while there was extremely polite and helpful, but i’d like to give a special shout out to Rocky. he patiently let me explain everything that was going on with my car, was very understanding of my concerns and receptive of my input, and made the process incredibly easy for me! he called me anytime there was an update before moving forward, which i always appreciate. i will definitely return for any honda-specific needs in the future. thanks again Rocky!"
"I really just give up on Honda and never want to buy a Honda again even though I’ve had them all my life. They give you these numbers upfront before even running your credit and you agree to that number and then when you get to finance after waiting 4 hours… they add even more money but tell you to wait because they can’t “see what they can do” until they go over everything which takes another hour. God forbid a mom that really needs a new car… all they care about is money. How is someone realistically supposed to make about a 950 month payment? This has been the worst process in my life… buying a “new” car.."
