"Nice store. I had a very small purchase (pack of disposable drip trays for Big Green Egg) which was not available in the main showroom. I paid then had to drive around to customer pick up, wait a while for someone to help me then wait another while longer for him to locate and bring the trays to me. All told it took me ~45 minutes for this simple purchase. So it seems they are not set up very well to quickly/efficiently deal with small purchase items that are not available in the main showroom."

"Justin Hodges did an incredible job at getting us squared away after supplier issues derailed our order. I was already a fan of Tri-Supply and they easily could have told us we’re SOL but instead they took on the headache (and likely expense) of making it right, so kudos to him and management, I’ll stay loyal. Their new shop is great, too."

"Lots to see packed into this showroom. Looking forward to their move to a larger space where it will hopefully be easier to move around in. There were several salespeople available and we were greeted immediately. After explaining that we were just beginning our search for door hardware and knew where it was on the floor, she motioned us on our way and said she was available if we needed anything. Within 5 minutes of shopping I realized that she was following us from about a 6-8 ft distance in the adjoining department, hovering waiting for an opportunity to step in ?? We continued to shop for a bit and took a couple of pictures and made notes. Made our way to the front and my husband sought out the salesperson to get the pricing information. He provided the brand, style, and the product number that was on the store display. She wouldn’t look it up in their system, instead insisted on trying to find the door handle set through a Google search of the brand and style name. We gave up after 5-10 minutes of waiting without results. We know how to use Google, we can do that and order there ourselves if needed. We were interested in their price and supporting a local store front!"
