The customer service was a joke – a bad one. I felt like I was stuck in a loop, constantly getting the runaround. Then, on the day of the supposed delivery, guess what? No show, not a peep of a call. Eventually, after what felt like an eternity, the product arrived the same day after a drive up to the store to find out what was going on. I eagerly peeled off the sale sticker, only to unveil a nasty surprise – deep scratches that were conveniently hidden. Talk about a scam! Save yourself the agony and avoid this place."
