"I have tried this Gattis location 3 times. The first time I ordered delivery on a busy night. My pizza came over an hour late and cold. The second time I tried delivery again at a less busy time. My pizza never came. After multiple calls to the store, it finally showed up 90 minutes later and cold. I decided to try again but with take out instead. I thought maybe they were having problems with drivers. I ordered and the website said to pick it up in 20minutes. I arrived after 30minutes and the pizza wasn’t ready. It was 45 minutes from when I ordered before the guy handed it to me. The store didn’t seem especially busy. I’ve given them 3 chances and now I’m done with this location. Too bad because we love Gattis and were so excited to have them here in Drip"

"I called in twice after placing an order and was rudely spoken to by whomever answered the phone and hung up on twice even before completing a sentence attempting to place an order. Please do some QA and listen to the call that just took place at 8:15pm. The type of behavior is extremely inappropriate, uncalled for and this person clearly does not like their job or care about the remaining reputation of Gattis. I have never been so disrespected for no reason."

"So I'll start by saying we ordered on an extremely busy Saturday night and the pizza took over an hour to get to us but that was understandable and clearly communicated. However when the pizza did arrive it wasn't hot at all. Not like warm congealed pizza that had been sitting out for thirty minutes to an hour. It wasn't unpleasant but I was expecting better. We had ordered two specialty pizzas. The first was there buffalo chicken. It tasted like chicken pizza with no sauce and pretty salty. Very little buffalo sauce and was just chewy and light on flavor. The best part about this pizza was later I reheated it in the toaster oven and through extra wing sauce on it and then put some blue cheese dressing on it when it was done. This made it much better but still nothing special. Our other pizza was the superoni. For a specialty pizza this was just a scam. I've had regular pepperoni pizzas with more pepperoni than this. Again it was lukewarm and not very tasty. For nearly $50 after delivery for the two pizzas, I expected better than this"

"Pizza was undercooked and not cut. I called them to complain and the manager got surly with me. You know what Bud? That's the last Gatti's Pizza I will be buying from You. You can keep your poorly prepared food and the attitude that came with it."
