"The food is usually good and orders are correct.. my issue is with half the screens being broken.. every one I've used the touch screen does not work and can not add a tip for employees and I usually don't have cash. The broken screens are robbing employees of tip money"

"Do you know when you’ve had a really busy day and all you wanna do is grab something quick to eat, well today was one of those days. I stopped at the Dripping Springs Sonic and ordered some crispy well done onion rings, and a medium Coke with extra ice And to my satisfaction that’s what they did make to order! YEA… service was quick, friendly as the delivered them to me. I so enjoyed my crispy onion rings! Thanks sonic guys."
"Welcome to the Sonic from hell. None of the kiosk menu credit card slots work, employees have to run in to process your order. Takes 5 minutes just to order a bag of ice. It is comical to come to this location, its a challenge, but great ice. You would think the owners would care, but they don't, sad"
