"If I could give this store a zero rating I would. As an AE member I was not able to use a promotion that was available online (on my AE account). The young lady, Gelene, only pushed for me to apply for a credit card in order to receive 20%. From now on I will only shop online, if I have to, from an AE store."

"I had a very unpleasant experience with this store today! I have never been disrespected by anyone in my life! Parents, BEWARE! Dont take your kids with you if your planning to shop in this store because apparently, one of their manager LUIS, is not happy about having kids running around the store, trying to be a kid. I was at the cashier when my kid pulled one of the pole for the line divider and then suddenly Luis came telling us (my Dad is with me) to take my kid out of the store in the most rudest way as if we're beggars! I would understand if we're causing a delay or inconvenience to the store operation, but we're not! Also he can always ask NICELY! I spoke to the other manager and she said this is not the only incident with Luis and there's an ongoing investigation about it. I hope he will be reprimanded for such a harsh behavior!"
