"I went to several stores in the mall today. My need was simple, business casual jeans. I left this store Very Very pleased, not only with the product, but the customer service was top notch. This Levi store is the only store that I went to today that didn't hesitate to help. Anthony has superb knowledge of the jeans sold there. He also gracefully. handled multiple customers needs. Angel must be an amazing coworker. He talked up his team member and was very friendly. I appreciate a clean, well run store that cares about the customers experience."

Yesterday I had a bad experience with a super rude employee, a brunette lady with yellow braided hair. he even made me rude with his finger. truly a pathetic experience. They should consider having friendly and respectful people as a store. It is not worth going there."

DO NOT EVER deal with the “general manager” Shaquira or whatever her name is All I can say she is very unprofessional, improper. And probably needs some training on how to handle customers."
