"I waited for my food for 45 minutes. When I ordered online, drove to the store, then finally got my food it was an hour. An hour for chicken. They first moved me from the line to another fake line off to the side with others waiting. Then they came out 30 min later and said they were out of Mac and cheese. Ok so Mac and cheese is what’s taking so long? No cause when I went in finally at 45 min the other guy tried to tell me they had to wait for the chicken. The chicken place has to wait 45 min for chicken? Something not right there. Then he said there were other orders in front of me, only 5 cars came and left in the meantime so how many orders could have actually been before me over an hour? This place has not got their stuff together. This isn’t the first time there has been problems. The reviews spell it out clearly. Don’t make my mistake, go to another Popeyes, it will probably be the same amount of time to just go to another store. And management doesn’t seem to care cause these reviews go back real far. Don’t waste your time."

"First of all. Food was great But. 1. Ordered an apple pie and which I confirmed they had available. When he got 5o compile my order they were gone and he offered me strawberry biscuits which I didn’t want. He said he couldn’t credit me 2. Asked for ranch for my dipping sauce. Never recieved 3. No lids for the drinks other than large 4. No ketchup for the fries to be found 5. No napkins Counter staff(one person) was too busy to bother again as they had many online delivery orders Sad that this what what food service has become"

"I will admit, I was a little worried coming to this location after I read many of the reviews for long wait times and an unclean environment. I'm happy to say that our visit was the complete opposite. This may be the BEST Popeye's experience we have had. We ordered inside and took it out with us. We got our food very fast. The spicy chicken sandwich was divine, with a great crunch, no sogginess, excellent pickle, and not an excess amount of sauce. The regular fried chicken tasted fresh and was extremely juicy. Usually when we get the side of Cajun fries, they give you like 5 fries that fit in that little baggy-- not here! They loaded us with fries which was a nice surprise. The only minor complaint was my wife ordered spicy chicken but instead received the original, non spicy chicken. Not a huge deal with how good everything tasted and speedy it was. Quick note for people coming to this location, turn in to the shopping center earlier than you think: the road right where you think you're turning into Popeyes is a private road with no access to get to the area."

"This is quite literally the dirtiest fast food place i’ve been in. It’s only 11:20 AM and they just opened not long ago. I know they’re not cleaning just by coming in here. It’s such a shame because it’s such a new establishment and from the outside looks so prestige for a popeyes. I don’t like to go to fast food restaurants but i wanted to try this new popeyes in buda and here we are. The “manager” is also very rude and condescending all while he is wearing SANDALS in the kitchen. I have been watching him text and ignore people waiting to order as well. the guy infront of us tried to pay with a 20 and the manager told him that they didn’t have change so the poor guys had to order $20 worth of food. there needs to be a serious change of management here or just for someone put some care in. The owner needs to come here and just see what’s happening. it’s so absurd and will never be coming back. After receiving my food there literally is a hair just in the bag and the fries are hanging out of the box. 30 minutes later after ordering and being told they have no biscuits once handed my food, i would’ve thought maybe it would’ve been worth it but absolutely not."

"I ordered a simple sandwich. It took them 12 minutes to get my order out. They had me waiting in the drive thru with another car. I got off to see what was taking so long. The restaurant was completely empty. The only response I could get was an offer to refund my money. The manager was very rude. My advice to everyone is to find another chicken place to eat at. It's not worth it to eat here!!!"
