"Fastest drive thru I have seen in a very long time is in Buda TX. The manager works right along side employees to show them the correct way and my food was fresh and hot. I travel with my job and live in Florida so I see a lot of bad take out places and this has to be in the top for Chick Fil-a drive thrus. I had to Chick-fil-A sandwich and a Coke and it was hot and good. Freshest I have had in a long time. Seldom is food hot anymore and I appreciated that. A sidenote, one thing I would love to see Chick-Fil-a do Is bring back the chicken salad."

"Wow this chik fila is nothing short or spectacular!! The customer service when dining inside was of the quality you would get at a Michelin restaurant! Kudos to the staff and management here! Well trained !"

"Every time I SPECIFICALLY order from this chick fil a, the food is never good. The chicken is never cooked properly and you can always taste the rawness of the meat. I tried this location plenty of days and at different times, but yet always disappointed by the food. It also feels like the employees don’t check the expiration date on their chick fil a sauce. Even though it doesn’t show mold on the sauce, I was still able to taste the sourness of it."

"the third time In a row at this location that my food has been disgusting. tonight it was inedible. Nuggets had a straw wrapper cooked into them and my chicken sandwich was missing the bun !! That will be the last time I eat here. Management is rude everytime I have complaints. I spoke to someone named Tracey over the phone and told her everytime I come in my order is messed up and she told me I just shouldn’t come back if I feel that way. Place seems like it’s ran by a bunch of surly stoned college kids. If staff wasn’t so focused on flirting with each other and staring blankly at the door while ignoring paying customers maybe I wouldn’t have ingested paper products tonight for dinner !!"

"Restaurant is always DIRTY - I came in a few days ago with my kiddos and the playscape was closed because someone’s child had an accident in there. My daughter was covered in someone else’s child’s urine. When I complained to management they shrugged and rolled their eyes and then sent a young woman in there who was obviously in training by her name badge and forced her to clean the urine with what appeared to seriously be wet wipes. The way staff talks to their employees made myself and my husband mortifyingly uncomfortable. Not to mention, I had to ask for my sauces three times before I finally got them, our seats were covered in greasy handprints and our food needed to be remade because the fries tasted hard and old , like they had been sitting out all day. Very displeased and downright DISGUSTED by the lack of cleanliness and the horrible way the higher ups treat their staff members. My family and myself will not be returning to urine ville. As a final note, The poor lady they sent to clean up the accident was covered in human waste for the rest of our short duration in the building. I heard her ask two different managers several different times for a spare uniform to change into and she was ignored and forced to walk around and serve FOOD to customers while visibly covered in human waste. My heart broke for her. Don’t waste your money at this location unless you want to lose your appetite for the rest of the week!!"
