"Halle took my order. She was very friendly. When delivering my food, she told me that they were out of my flavor of soda but offered to look in the dine-in soda machine. With luck she found the sodas and gave them to me with the biggest smile! Definitely went above and beyond! Fantastic service!"

"Your employee, Sam, needs to stop harassing paying customers who had not spoke to or bothered another soul in the lobby. If you are not going to fire them, then stick them in back of house and don't let them come up front; their customer service is absolutely horrible and not FOH material. Sam very obviously has no friends & is jealous of anyone that has a friendship. This is not my first bad experience with this employee. If it happens again I will be calling a corporate or franchise number."
