"Came here for a late lunch with my family. We got 3 entrees, 1 seafood pancake appetizer and 4 drinks. It costed us $70 already. This restaurant has no table service. When the seafood pancake came, it was almost burnt and it was the tiniest seafood pancake I ever had at a Korean restaurant. I couldn't even see or taste any seafood in it. It was sympathetic. My bibimbap was ok. Nothing to write home about. My husband's spicy pork was OK but portion was really tiny. My daughter had the seafood noodle soup. She found a piece of plastic in her food. We let our waitress know. She didn't offer an apology or refund. She looked annoyed actually. My daughter doesn't want to eat it anymore now as she's afraid she might ingest more plastic. The waitress came back and ask us for the plastic piece to bring it back to the kitchen. Nothing ever came out of it. By this time we were very displeased with both the food and inability of this establishment to do the right thing. We packed up our leftovers to bring home for our dogs. We did spend $70 on it! For the price and quality of the food, I do not recommend. I don't understand how they even get any good reviews. They clearly couldn't care less about their customers. Hmart food court has way better food at a better price point. Verdict: do yourself a favor. Ditch this place and go to hmart."

"Why did they change! I've been getting my favorite foods here for a few years and suddenly the quality has changed. They took key ingredients from the fried rice like kimchi and regular meat that you can actually see, and increased the price by $1. I got the fried rice with beef to give their new version a try, and got it home and found no beef. I called and was told it was ground beef and mixed into the rice so I may not see it. I finally noticed tiny pieces of ground beef. I've been eating Korean food all my life and never seen advertised Beef fried rice made with minced ground beef. I was told if I wanted a refund I had to drive back and show them the receipt. I'd just left 5 min earlier and had to drive back only to find out they didn't even need the receipt or my debit card to issue me the refund. It took 30sec from the time I entered till the refund being issued. The entire experience was a waste of my beautiful Saturday. I will never go back again. And I'm sad I've lost a place I've loved for several years now."

"So delicious and comforting. Felt like a home cooked meal. It seems like they’ve changed their menu based off other reviews, but this was my first time here and I couldn’t be more excited about the Korean dishes. I had the bibimbap which was a great portion and came with a soup and 3 sides. I’d love to come back and try the other menu items. I’d highly recommend since there’s not too many Korean options in the Austin area and this is a solid one"

"I had been fasting all day so I ordered two dinners. Way more than enough, large portions! Excellent food, very clean and they even have imported packaged Korean cookies. Very cool!"

"First off being Korean, why don’t y’all have kimchi? Beside that, food was pretty good. Worth coming again. Making my own lettuce wraps was a nice touch. The dipping sauce was very good. Overall I gave it a 4 for overall quality and service. I really wanted to give it a 5 but that would have been a stretch."
