"Definitelly don’t agree to 4.5 stars when the business has employees attending the front counter with not so friendly and ridiculous attitudes like Jonathan a kid that must be starting this job recently and learning the auto parts electronic catalog thinking he knows it all being rude when a customer asks a question about the part he’s purchasing. Attituded like his shouldn’t be allowed in such a great reputable business like Mac Haik Ford I won’t be buying anything from this place ever again just cause this kids attitude. Hope his manager gets to read this and make the front counter a friendly and a great place like most of the other Mac Haik’s parts departments troughout Houston area"

"He said his name was Danny. He sells me a wrong oil filter. I tell him it’s “the small eco boost engine not the big one” and he sells me the larger one. You can only imagine how much hassle it was once the oil change started hours later. I waisted hours I don’t have trying to change the oil only to pack up everything to go and exchange the parts. Once I got there, he tells me it was my fault. He said he can’t do cash refunds either, so I HAVE to buy the product or else they send me a check in the mail. Which, could possibly take forever and he will probably screw that up… he could have just looked me up with my phone number and seen what I needed very easily, but when I purchased the oil and filter I was his last costumer. It seemed like he just wanted to clock out and leave. All this made me lose hours and is very frustrating. (I always get my oil changes at the dealership but they were short staffed, so the wait was way too long.) I will try to avoid going to “Ford parts” at this dealership at all costs"
