"I only go there because of some cute clothes but when I went there today the employees attitude towards me and my sister were so bad, she was sighing and acting like she doesn’t want to serve us and when we went to the dressing room, she knock on the door and said we have to come out “THIS SECOND” , like she should’ve said nicer and she can told us that the dressing rooms are closed. Even when we got out, she asked us why did we even get in there right into our face. We’ve never treated this bad at a store. Cotton On better train your staffs to have right attitudes to customers, this store’s customer service is already too bad. I would give 0 star if I can."

The store should really train their staffs if it’s not for some cute outfits this store’s reviews would have 1 star just look at all the reviews even if they give 4 stars it’s because of the clothes and always have something about employees being rude!"

"Falsely putting 50 dollar jeans on 10 dollar racks. Then argues with the customer about it and basically says too bad, it's not their fault. Top it off with dressing rooms permanently closed... I have plenty of time and effort to make my purchases at a store that is not rude. Don't waste your time with bad business and rude service."

"We find very good girls tops/tshirts/jeans at very affordable price here, we have bought so many tshirts for 5 dollars or even 3 dollars!! Never had bad experience with staff. Had to exchange a dress and had to get the tag off (which they had forgotten to remove), they were very nice, did it without saying anything."

"I come here all the time and typically it’s not bad. The prices are amazing, but Juan and Jose treated me like garbage today. I typically come every week and spend my hard earned money, but you guys just lost a faithful customer. Poor management. And that’s coming from a former retail manager."
