"I bought a denim dress for my daughter had a fade in a small area and even so I bought it they gave me a discount and without the right to a refund of the first wear the fabric was torn was very old in time I think and the manager with an ironic tone And very despot she told me that there was no solution, she has very little professional etiquette unlike other workers."
"I have to say I was never impressed with Guess as I did not believe it had my size for full figured ladies with chest and hips with a small waist. I picked up 2 shirt dresses and really liked how they fit. Jewlery looked really cute along with the Sun Glasses. One thing that I did not like there was noone there to help with shoes, I saw this cute pink boots on a model but was unable to locate them and when asked I got if it is not there then we dont have it? Not even bothering to look. I signed up as a reward member despite the shoe incident will see of they can keep my business."
"I found a dress I loved, but they didn’t have an XS. I was going to buy the S and fix it. Gabriela, at the register, went above and beyond for me ordering an XS online at the same discounted price. Anyone else would’ve just told me they don’t have that size, but she made my day. Excellent customer service."
"My cousin told me about what they did about this coat they charged him twice on Black Friday, they said they returned his money but it still showed on his account since that time. He has now paid it because he had no choice. Guess this place is nothing but crooks. You not going to see me shopping there after what y’all done to my cousin. That’s unacceptable."
