"Excellent quality merch but you'll pay for it. I have a few pairs that are aging and show very little to no wear n tear. Impressive to say the least. I have other clothing that I bought after buckle stuff, and it's already donated or in the trash. You do get what you pay for here and it's worth it. Give it a try, you'll be impressed too!"

"Bad customer service at the register, poor service!!! Cashier got upset cause I requested a shoe box for my female hey dude shoes and said they don’t come in boxes that they have them hanging on the wall, so I told her where here in the sales floor you have $60 shoes hanging on the wall, she gave me attitude and her male employee told her that the boxes were in the back, plus I had to ask for a bag like if I was going to carrying my shoes around in the Mall with a brown box she found in the back for me, plus I had to put my shoes in the box myself & bag it myself. Female employee said that the female hey dude shoes don’t come in boxes, every other location I’ve bought hey dude shoes come in it’s original box….she walked away from the register while I was still there trying to do everything myself….like two pairs where going to fit in a small bag she gave me…I will never come to this location ever again. If you don’t like your job then look for something else! If I could rate it as a zero star I would’ve!"

"My 2 stars are for customer service, not the product. CS at this place used to be top notch. You walk in, get greeted, then someone starts happily helping you find what you want. I used to walk out of here with more than I needed. Now, I walk in, someone says "hi" and that's the end of the story. That's the case the last 2 days in a row. It appears that employees are more interested in their phones than helping customers. Today, I walked in and walked out without buying a thing."

"I walked in the store and was immediately greeted by Cheyanne. She walked me around the store and helped me select an outfit for an event. She was so kind and passionate about helping me while she was also attending to several other customers at the same time. I have never seen such amazing customer service in a store.
