"Took my daughter in today, the older woman was so pushy and wouldn’t listen to the feedback given, acted as though she was so put out that we were there. My daughter was so put off she just wanted to leave and not try on the dresses. The lady actually told me my daughter was rude bc she wasn’t responding but one has to listen when spoken to and not talk over what people are saying. The younger lady was very kind and helpful. Lovely dresses not a lovely memorable experience as we had hoped for."

"Super-rude staff came up to our daughter for touching a dress and said “it’s not a toy.” Totally a Pretty Woman moment. Would not recommend based on poor customer service. If there is a problem with a person who isn’t an adult interested in your merchandise, perhaps you should add signage for the parents to know children are forbidden."

"Horrible experience, we went to shop for prom and wedding dresses, one of the workers (might have been the owner) came up to us very rudely and told a few of the girls with us they were too young to try anything on (they are freshman and not young in appearance at all) than proceeded to take any dress my friend would try to look at and not let her check prices or size. At one point she grabbed a dress and turned to walk away and told us “get out of the way” VERY RUDELY. Another time when one of us asked about sizes she said that they only carry sizes 0-4 while eyeing the rest of us up and down. We immediately left everything and got out of there. Super bad customer service, super rude and unprofessional behavior."

"Such an amazing experience walking in and leaving with a beautiful dress. Hailey is so attentive and very knowledgeable about measurements and how certain dresses fit particular body shapes. She had lots of Plus size options and very helpful and will even work with a budget! I highly recommend coming here for any black tie or prom occasion!!!"

"If I could give this place a zero. I would. Do not recommend. I am assuming the little blonde lady is the owner. She gave me and my partner a weird attitude. She seems to be very socially unaware and rude. Straight up told me I would not fit into a dress and said she could tell "just by looking at me". And when I wanted to try her busted dress, she told me I was not allowed to zip my dress up myself and that she would have to do it for me. Honestly this came off as super creepy and made me feel weird enough to leave without trying anything on. The store is super cramped, the dresses snag to each other and there is a lot of damage on them. Look elsewhere for your formal wear. There is a much nicer store in memorial city mall you could go to. Lady gives off weird crackhead energy."
