"Store has lots to choose from, fitting rooms were neat lady working was extremely nice and helpful, only complaint registers believe should have more then just one person especially during holidays line was backed up."

"Online this store says it opens at 9am. It is after 10 am and the store is not open. No one is answering calls at the number listed. No one can be seen walking around. This is terrible customer service. Times need to be corrected online as well as the store. I’ve been waiting since 850. It is 10:15 and more people are starting to gather waiting for the store to open."

"This store has a lot of clothes, very nice. But I have a few observations: Size L seems to be a size S and size XS seems to be a size for my dog. So if you're a size L or XL good luck finding something for yourself at this store. Prices range from 3 USD to 100 USD. It's the weekend and there's only one cashier, clothes.on the floor and a total mess in the shoe and purses area."

"My favorite outfits from when I was a much younger woman are from Forever twenty one so I thought I’d step in and take a peek while o was at the Katy Mills mall. The stores are way bigger than I remember and this one in particular is immaculate with lots of clothes to choose from and a whole area for accessories as well."
