"Fitting room no staff was there to open the door. The lady was folding panties this morning was extremely rude! No greetings or anything. Did not say one word when I asked her to open the fitting room door. Acted like she didn’t want to work there anymore…."

"One of the employees was very rude at checkout. If there is a protocol during holiday shopping then make it know n to customers in line. We don't know what your holiday processes are...so instead of being rude..make customers who have already been waiting in a long line aware of the process. Retraining needed"
