"I had the experience of false advertisement where the cashier initially told me if they misplaced items they will honor the price of the discounted rack. Once we returned to the rack looking for more items another empmoyee immediately approached the rack pulling other items ahead of us. First request for a manager the cashier changed her statment from being able to honor the rack price to they don't have the ability to change prices on the computer. The initial management representative would not accept and recognize it was their error being the other employee had pulled several items off the rack obviously an employee misplaced these. When asking for another management person the manager Janet came out. She immediately went to state it could not be honored being a customer placed them there. When I told about the others behind her thay her employee had just pulled from the rack she looked and pause. Janet continued to reject the possibility of honoring the price on the rack. I assume they do not care for the customer legal rights and false advertising. Janet did tell me I had the right to contsct her superiors or put a complaint in. But I guess i do not have the right for them to honor the price of the rack I pulled my items from. Which translates to false advertisement."

"This used to be one of my favorite stores but I do not go in here too much anymore. The outlet is still really good for great finds. The clearance racks inside the store is still a nice place to find cheap but good quality clothing."

"We purchased almost $100 worth of merchandise from them, and later that same day we realized we had a coupon from the outlet mall and decided to go back there and received the discount. But the manager was very difficult told us we couldn't get the discount on "previously purchased" merchandise. He wouldn't even let us return all the items and and make another purchase again with the coupon. We shopped at many other stores that day and had no problems using the outlet coupon. His attitude towards this whole customer service was unacceptable. We eventually got a refund on everything we bought from there. We're very disappointed at this store and will reconsider if we want to go back there again."
