"It takes years to gain a customer but seconds to lose him/her. My kids and I went to shop there on Sunday around 6.40pm. Female employees were not friendly at all and did not offer help at any moment even though we were lost looking for what we went for. It was obvious we needed help. They walked talking to each other by us ignoring us completely. I decided to ask one of them for what I was looking for and she told me to go bag where I was and look again. I had to ask her to show me where exactly where it was since I did not see the items I needed. What a shame on these employees, the company lost a sale of 3 people who spent the money on the competition store. I will never come back here! No dignity nor respect to customers! I feel very disappointed. Train your staff better Old Navy!"

"Store has nice clothes. On 11-2-23 I was lost so I called the store no one answered the phone. 30 minutes later I was helped by another employee from bath and body works. I got to Old Navy I told Josh I couldn’t find the store I called no one answered he laughed. The store is empty I said it 3 times then Erica came looked at me like whatever! Gave me my bag unpleasantly an with a dry low tone said have a nice day. So I noticed their just ignoring calls."

"They have plus sizes, but limited quantities. The store is neat, organized and clean. Their are price checks, but the scanner on them tends not to scan well or even work at all, or the price checks have been completely removed. The sales representatives are availble if you need help. Will return to this store"

It usually gets packed on holiday sales but none the less they are clean and organized. The associated are very friendly. There is someone to greet you at the door. Great prices.
