"I come to this outlet mall at least once a year and leave with several shopping bags on both hands cause the deals are awesome and the employees at almost all of the stores are great...EXCEPT HERE. Today, there were three of them standing together chatting when I walked up to one, said excuse me and asked if they could tell me the final price for a jacket I found on an 'additional 50% off' rack, but wanted to make sure someone didn't misplace it there. She looked at it and said "hmmm I don't know, but since it doesn't have a special sticker on it, it's probably full price, though the full store has 30% off." I said thank you, but it was clear she had no clue, as nothing in any of the 50% off racks had a 'special sticker'. Fortunately, i decided to keep it in hand till i checked out and had the person at the register check the price - and wadya know, it's 50% off!!!! The first employee I had approached didn't bother to make any attempt to actually help me besides stating the obvious (yes, I can also read the numbers on the price tag I was showing), and instead clearly just wanted to get back to gossiping with her fellow lazy employees."

"As a frequent GUESS shopper I’m in beyond disbelief of how I was disrespected here by a staff member named Autum. She approached me by telling me if I was going to fix the clothes I was browsing through “because I had f***** them up”( those being her exact words) I immediately asked for a manager, because as some one that was going to give this store some of my major business alongs the side of several of my family memeber shopping with me , I did not appreciate being talked to that way. As she called her manager she continued to disrespect me by saying “some one entitled is asking for a manager” I again felt highly disrespected and asked for the disrespect to stop and she still kept disrespecting me by asking me to meet her outside, all while I had my three month old in a stroller next to me. She was having to be held back by several of her teammates and the comments of them through all this was like they were used to her treating customers this way. I spoke to the manager on duty, Daisy and she said she would talk to her. I don’t by any means believe i deserve this type of disrespect and as a highly upset customer that’s experienced this all while with her three month old, I would like to bring this to the attention of GUESS headquarters because this issue needs more than just a talk with this employee and a shopping customer should never have to experience this level of disrespect."
