"When I think of poor customer service, I think of this place. I came in to purchase work clothes here several years ago. While browsing, a woman (presumably the store manager) followed me throughout the store. Her behavior was erratic, aggressive, and suspicious. I could not figure out what I’d done to elicit this reaction, so I stopped shopping and went to the register to purchase a blouse. I did not even like it much but felt obliged. That was several years ago and the blouse still sits unworn in my closet with the tags on it. It’s a great color but it fits poorly due to the cheap polyester material and cut. This single experience has soured my perception of the brand, and I will forever be a lifelong non-customer of CK."
"Currently very busy and there is one man at the front register while at least 3 other employees….all of which are seeing how long and busy the line is are slowly walking the floor not helping with efficiency. No reason it should be taking more than 20 minutes to check out. Don’t come here if you want to get in and out."
